When we seek God

When we seek God, we:

I. Come with Audacity
Audacity is (a) boldness, with confident or arrogant disregard for personal safety; (b) effrontery or insolence; shameless boldness.

God is pleased when we are persistent. We should come and approach God’s throne with boldness and confidence. Remember: God loves us and He will never get irritated to us.

…in whom we have boldness and confident access to God because of Christ’s faithfulness.
-Ephesians 3:12

Therefore let us confidently approach the throne of grace to receive mercy and find grace whenever we need help.
-Hebrews 4:16

II. A.S.K.
Ask. Seek. Knock.

When we ask, we say something. We open our mouths.

It takes time.

We make an action.

III. Prepare to receive
God is our Heavenly Father. He knows our needs.

We have to prepare ourselves to whatever God gives us. God may not give what we want, but He will surely hand us what we need. Because we obey, we have confidence with God.

Dear friends, if our conscience does not condemn us, we have confidence in the presence of God, and whatever we ask we receive from him, because we keep his commandments and do the things that are pleasing to him.
-1 John 3:21-22

When we keep His commands, we will be blessed.

The best gift is the Holy Spirit for it will sink in every part of our life. The things God desires for us becomes one in us.

May we desire the spirit of God to fill us so that we may be used for His glory.

Wag na tayo mahiya sa Lord. Isipin natin ang nais Niya. Mas nakakahiya pag pinaghihintay ang arms wide open ng Lord.
