Xtreme Adrenaline Sports Entertainment Company will organize the first X-Fest Taytay on February 18, 2012 at the Mx Messiah Fairgrounds (MMF), Club Manila East, Taytay, Rizal.
MMF, the haven of extreme sport enthusiasts in Rizal, is established to unite extreme sport athletes and various genre of extreme sport such as Motocross (MX), Free style Motocross (FMX), Bicycle Motocross (BMX), and Skateboard.
“Professional motocross athletes will be coming to compete and hold demos on the launching,” said Samuel Mark Tamayo, one of the owners of the MMF and the youth pastor of Taytay First Church of Nazarene.
Multi-titled national champion Glenn Aguilar, BMX rider Armand Mariano and other professional riders around the country are expected to be seen on action in the opening salvo.
According to Pastor Samuel, MMF will serve as a channel to encourage the Filipino youth to veer away from senseless leisure to worthwhile recreations. It will also aim to produce a long list of world-class extreme sports athletes vying to bring glory to both God and to the country.
MX categories are Pro Open, Amateur Open, Veterans Open, Underbone Open (XRM), Local Open Enduro, Veterans Local Open Enduro, and Kids Mini. On the other hand, Skateboard open class will offer Best Trick and Game of Skate as BMX category will set BMX Park and BMX Street on the said event.
Registration and official practices will start on February 15 from 8:00am to 6:00pm, and 8:00am-12:00nn on February 17. Practices on the race day will only be from 7:00-8:45am.
Registration will cost P300.00 as admissions for the sports event and the local band Salamin’s concert is free.
